Ils \u00e9taient les grands-parents.<br>Tr\u00e8s vite, un tilleul fut plant\u00e9 au pied de la fontaine pour enchanter tous les sens : odeurs enivrantes de la fleur \u00e9panouie en juin, ombre rafra\u00eechissante aux heures les plus chaudes de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, refuge de nu\u00e9es d\u2019oiseaux rivalisant de m\u00e9lodies all\u00e8gres aux premi\u00e8res lueurs de l\u2019aube, accompagn\u00e9s du doux clapotis de la source, feuillage au vert sombre reposant \u00e0 la vue, tronc fort et rugueux pour affronter les rigueurs de l\u2019hiver.<br>Marthe tout d\u2019abord vit le jour dans la maison en 1925, puis No\u00ebl en 1928. Enfance rustique et simple mais sans doute heureuse jusqu\u2019aux sombres ann\u00e9es de guerre. Quelque temps, Marcel, le fr\u00e8re et associ\u00e9 de Val\u00e9ry \u00e0 l\u2019atelier de galoches, a v\u00e9cu dans une partie de la maison avec sa jeune femme Edm\u00e9e avant de construire sa propre demeure juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>Dans les ann\u00e9es 50, Marthe rejoignit son mari Fernand \u00e0 Charavines et No\u00ebl \u00e9pousa la belle Gabrielle de Burcin, dite Gaby, \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation de fille travailleuse et intelligente qui le rejoignit dans la maison d\u2019Oyeu avec ses beaux-parents. No\u00ebl travaillait dur \u00e0 la ferme en la modernisant petit \u00e0 petit et Gaby trimait \u00e0 l\u2019Usine \u2013 il n\u2019y en avait qu\u2019une, l\u2019usine textile SITEL, qui faisait vivre la moiti\u00e9 du village &#8211; pour faire bouillir la marmite tandis que la fabrique de galoches p\u00e9riclitait suite \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du modernisme apport\u00e9 par les am\u00e9ricains.<br>C\u2018est ainsi que le p\u00e9p\u00e9 Val\u00e9ry pr\u00e9f\u00e9ra tirer sa r\u00e9v\u00e9rence peu de temps apr\u00e8s la naissance de Michel, premier fils de Gaby et No\u00ebl. 4 ans plus tard c\u2019est son fr\u00e8re Gilles qui voyait le jour en hiver sous la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction du tilleul. L\u2019un et l\u2019autre grandirent sainement et simplement \u00e0 la campagne, au fil des saisons dans la demeure sur laquelle le temps ne semblait pas avoir prise. L\u2019un et l\u2019autre s\u2019en \u00e9loign\u00e8rent un peu pour aller faire des \u00e9tudes et d\u00e9buter leur vie professionnelle.<br>Michel revint au village y poursuivre sa vie en abritant sa famille dans une nouvelle maison construite juste derri\u00e8re l\u2019ancienne, \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement m\u00eame d\u2019un hangar construit par No\u00ebl. Gilles s\u2019en \u00e9loigna davantage mais y revint toujours r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement se ressourcer pour les vacances et les dimanches en famille, trouvant la paix dans la chambre h\u00e9rit\u00e9e de ses grands-parents. Le temps a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9couler lentement, longtemps, tr\u00e8s longtemps\u2026.<br>La maison est toujours l\u00e0, les habitants successifs qui l\u2018ont anim\u00e9e sont partis de ce monde -Val\u00e9ry, Marcel, Jeanne, Edm\u00e9e, No\u00ebl, Gaby, Marthe &#8211; ou ont avanc\u00e9 en \u00e2ge \u2013 Michel, Gilles. Il est temps de passer la main, elle doit poursuivre sa vie. Bient\u00f4t, ce sont de nouveaux h\u00f4tes qui vont lui donner un bain de jouvence en effa\u00e7ant quelques rides mais pas son histoire. Ils prendront soin je suis certain de l\u2019\u00e2me de la maison Meunier-Carus, pr\u00e8s de la fontaine.<br>Entrez dans cet album, comme vous rentreriez dans la maison !
